After determining the initial logistics of where I wanted to set the platforms, I sent the structural plans to the 365 team. We discussed the steel layout and realized we had to tweak the final location to best-fit where the roof and floor deck beams were in relation to the curtainwall section that we left open. After that, 365 put together a structural package for our Structural Engineer to approve and we were able to go ahead with the installation.
The ability to roll the platform back inside the building and stack them on top of each other allowed us to minimize the footprint of the staging area and the amount of curtainwall we had to leave out, which also minimized the amount of comeback work required for the interior finishes. With the installation of a temporary rolling door, we were also able to keep the building warm and dry throughout the winter months. The 365 Rolling platforms were the perfect solution for our tight urban site and the 365 team made it a great experience.

As the concrete subcontractor on two high-rise frame projects, utilizing 365 Rolling Platforms meant that we could avoid staggering several platforms across our buildings, leaving out multiple areas of enclosure and spreading out our material handling. This solution allows us to keep the loading area condensed to a single bay, which was easy, fast, and cost-effective. And speaking of easy, set-up of the system was very straight forward and our crew had no safety concerns when using it.
I found the 365 service department to be very knowledgeable about the products. They were able to consult with us to determine the best suitable location for the platforms and basically led us through everything we needed. We won't hesitate to incorporate the system on future projects.
