Returns Policy

365 Equipment & Supply – Online Return Policy
All returns require prior authorization from 365 Equipment & Supply. Returns sent without
authorization may be refused.
• Returns must be requested and shipped within 30 days of delivery.
• No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Product Condition
All items must be returned in the same condition as shipped — unused, uninstalled, and in original
packaging with all components included. Items showing signs of use, installation, damage, or
missing parts may be rejected.
Inspection & Credit
Credit will be issued only after products are received and inspected by the 365 Equipment & Supply
team. Returns not meeting return conditions may be denied or subject to additional charges.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee, deducted from the credit issued.
Freight & Shipping
All freight, shipping, and postage charges are the responsibility of the customer. Original outbound
shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Special order, custom, clearance, and final sale items are non-returnable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Claims for damaged or incorrect shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
